Benefits include: paid time-off, paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan with company match.</li></ul>The Role: Senior CAD DesignerYou will be responsible for designing complex, high-level dental prosthetics and restorations with precision, creativity, and technical mastery. This role goes far beyond routine design work - you will be trusted with the most demanding and rewarding cases, where detail, accuracy, and artistry matter most.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Expertly design full-arch restorations, All-on-X cases, implant bars and bridges, crowns, veneers, dentures, and complex anterior cases using advanced CAD systems including 3Shape and Exocad.</li><li>Collaborate directly with dentists, implant surgeons, and technicians to ensure functional and esthetic excellence.</li><li>Utilize your deep understanding of occlusion, anatomy, and prosthetic design to solve complex challenges with precision.</li><li>Uphold and refine laboratory quality standards for consistency and excellence.</li><li>Mentor and support junior CAD designers, sharing expertise and elevating the entire team&rsquo;s performance.</li><li>Stay at the forefront of digital dentistry trends and innovations to continually enhance workflows and outcomes.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Extensive CAD Experience &ndash; Mastery of 3Shape &amp; Exocad.</li><li>Proven Expertise in All-on-X and Full-Mouth Restorations &ndash; You have handled the most challenging cases with confidence and precision.</li><li>Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and implant-supported prosthetics.</li><li>Track record of delivering consistent, esthetic, and functional results under deadlines.</li><li>A team-first mentality, balanced with the ability to lead and mentor others.</li><li>A growth mindset - always refining your capabilities, learning, and sharing knowledge.</li></ul>Join UsAt Epic Dental Studios, we don&rsquo;t just make amazing restorations - we change lives.
