Part-Time Delivery Driver / Courier &ndash; Dental Laboratory Location: American Fork, UT Company: EPiC Dental StudiosEPiC Dental Studios is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver / Courier to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring timely, safe, and courteous delivery and pickup of dental cases to and from local dental offices using company vehicles.We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, punctual, and committed to providing an excellent client experience. This is a part-time position that also involves packaging and processing dental cases at our lab.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Package and organize completed dental cases for delivery (approx. 25% of the role)</li><li>Deliver and pick up dental cases from dental offices across designated routes (approx. 50% of the role)</li><li>Unpack, disinfect, and prepare incoming cases for production (approx. 25% of the role)</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service and relay client concerns or questions to the team</li><li>Log deliveries and pickups accurately</li><li>Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules</li><li>Maintain a safe driving record and comply with all transportation laws</li><li>Use a personal smartphone for text communication, GPS navigation, and basic reporting</li><li>Communicate regularly with managers and support team on route progress</li><li>Perform additional lab duties as assigned</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Valid U.S. driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record (background check required)</li><li>Prior delivery experience is preferred but not required</li><li>Strong time management, organization, and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, and transport items; stand, walk, and drive for extended periods</li><li>Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented</li><li>Willingness to follow schedules, safety protocols, and company procedures</li></ul>SchedulePart-Time<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Thursday: Approximately 12:00 PM &ndash; 7:00 PM</li><li>Occasional Fridays: Approximately 9:00 AM &ndash; 2:00 PM</li></ul>Note: Start and end times may vary based on production needs, traffic, and customer scheduling.Join our friendly, professional team and play a critical role in delivering quality and care to dental offices across the area!Apply today and help us deliver smiles - one case at a time!Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 per hourWork Location: In person
