Pay</b>: Base pay of $100,000-140,000 based of experience + up to $9,000 in quarterly performance bonuses. Bonus eligibility and structure may be updated periodically in alignment with company programs.</p><p>

 <b>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></p><ul><li><b>
Own patient care:</b> Examine patients, gather health histories, and evaluate their physical condition to make informed diagnoses and treatment decisions.</li><li><b>
Collaborate with physicians:</b> Prescribe therapy or medications with physician approval and coordinate care to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.</li><li><b>
Lead diagnostic efforts:</b> Administer and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, EKGs, lab work) to get to the heart of the issue.</li><li><b>
Provide holistic care:</b> Counsel patients on health regimens, growth and development, family planning, and preventative care.</li><li><b>
Perform procedures:</b> Deliver essential care with procedures like injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations, all aimed at getting patients back to doing what they do best.</li><li><b>
Supervise and coordinate:</b> Lead the charge with technicians and assistants, ensuring everything runs smoothly and effectively.</li></ul><p><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring:</b></p><ul><li>
2&ndash;5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics (preferred) - Open to new Graduates.</li><li>
IL PA or FNP licensure (required).</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s Degree in a related field.</li><li>
Bilingual in English &amp; Spanish (required)</li><li>
A deep understanding of patient care, a desire to keep learning, and a commitment to unfiltered compassion.</li><li>
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt on the fly while keeping patient outcomes front and center.</li></ul><p><b>
