We&rsquo;re seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing &amp; Communications team. This is a unique opportunity to bring creativity and purpose together, designing impactful visuals that support patient engagement, provider recruitment, and brand growth.
Position Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand visual content for both digital and print channels. From marketing campaigns to clinical education materials, your work will tell the EPIC Health story in a way that builds trust, connects with caregivers, and inspires healthier communities.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design<ul><li>
Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, digital ads, posters, banners, and presentations.</li><li>
Develop content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.</li><li>
Maintain and evolve EPIC Health&rsquo;s brand identity across all design outputs.</li></ul>
Collaboration<ul><li>
Partner with the Marketing, Communications, and Patient Relations teams to support campaigns, events, and community outreach.</li><li>
Work with internal departments (clinical, HR, operations) to design materials that meet specific needs (recruitment ads, educational tools, training resources).</li></ul>
Project Management<ul><li>
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>
Ensure consistency and accuracy across all creative deliverables.</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and healthcare marketing best practices.</li></ul>
Production<ul><li>
Prepare files for both digital and print production.</li><li>
Work with external vendors and printers as needed.</li><li>
Ensure quality control for all produced assets.</li></ul>
Qualifications
Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
2+ years of professional design experience (healthcare or nonprofit experience a plus).</li></ul>
Skills<ul><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.</li><li>
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency.</li><li>
Ability to create designs for both digital and print platforms.</li><li>
Video editing or motion graphics skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects) a plus.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and ability to present design ideas clearly.</li><li>
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects independently.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities

Track and measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs (engagement, conversions, etc.).</li></ul>
Qualifications
Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.</li><li>
2+ years of professional writing experience (healthcare, nonprofit, or agency experience a plus).</li></ul>

As we expand our marketing efforts to drive growth in patient acquisition and provider partnerships, we&rsquo;re seeking a Growth Marketing Operations Manager to run and optimize our marketing engine.
This high-impact leadership role is for a seasoned marketer (7+ years) who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and storytelling. You&rsquo;ll lead a team of seven marketers and creatives, while also staying hands-on with campaign execution and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Strategic Leadership: Translate growth goals into marketing programs that drive KPIs&mdash;patient acquisition, provider engagement, and brand reach. Lead cross-functional initiatives and oversee campaign strategy, execution, and reporting across digital, print, and events.</li><li>
Team Management: Manage and mentor a 7-person team (content, design, digital, and agencies). Drive accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement through standups, sprint planning, and quarterly OKRs.</li><li>
Campaign Execution: Write and edit copy for email, ads, social, and landing pages. Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot with automation, segmentation, and testing to improve conversion.</li><li>
HubSpot &amp; Martech: Serve as the HubSpot expert, managing workflows, integrations, data hygiene, and analytics. Partner with sales/ops on funnel alignment and evaluate new tools to increase efficiency.</li><li>
Executive Partnership: Advise the CMO, prepare executive updates, and represent marketing in cross-functional initiatives. Help set budgets, forecast performance, and allocate resources.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
7+ years in marketing leadership, campaign strategy, and operations (healthcare, tech, or high-growth startup preferred).</li><li>
Proven success running integrated campaigns (digital, print, events, social media).</li><li>
Strong copywriting skills with a hands-on approach to execution.</li><li>
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar tools.</li><li>
Background in brand management or product marketing a plus.</li><li>
Skilled at leading and developing creative/marketing teams in fast-paced environments.</li><li>
Data-driven, analytical, and experienced in measuring ROI.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li></ul>
