<div><p><b>Experience:</b>
</p><p>Total Experience in NDE 7+ Year. After PAUT L-II qualification 2+ Year job experience as PAUT L-II and 5+ year job experience as PCN UT (3.1&amp;3.2) L-II is mandatory.
</p><p>Good amount of hands-on experience in Manual UT and PAUT with various kind of material such as CS, SS, LTCS,P11 material, Inconel, and nickel-alloy.
</p><p><b>Role &amp; Responsibility:
</b></p><p>As Senior NDE Tech - ADVANCE UT &amp; Conventional NDE, your Role &amp; Responsibility will be as follows examples but not limited to.
</p><div><ul><li>Get approval as MUT / PAUT / ToFD L-II from Client / End user (Company) by demonstrating knowledge &amp; experience in MUT/PAUT / ToFD &amp; CNDT
</li></ul><ul><li>Good knowledge and understanding different acceptance criteria of international codes including ASME, AWS D.1, B31.3, API 1104 &amp; ISO codes.
</li></ul><ul><li>Support NDE Engineer - ADVANCE UT/ L-III to arrange Calibration &amp; Demonstration, as necessary.
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain inventory of equipment &amp; accessories, Blocks etc.
</li></ul><ul><li>Independently perform all NDE job as allocated by department head or as instructed by NDE Engineer.
</li></ul><ul><li>NDE Examination Setup, perform examinations, review raw data under supervision of NDE Engineer and preparation of advance inspection reports as required.
</li></ul><ul><li>Regular liaise with client and department head / NDE Engineer for smooth job progress.</li></ul></div></div>

Senior NDE Tech - ADVANCE UT & Conventional NDE

<div><p><b>Role &amp; Responsibility:
</b></p><p>As NDE Engineer - ADVANCE UT your Role &amp; Responsibility will be as follows examples but not limited to.
</p><div><ul><li>Get approval as PAUT / ToFD L-III from Client / End user (Company) by demonstrating knowledge &amp; experience in PAUT / ToFD .
</li></ul><ul><li>Commendable knowledge of international codes including ASME, DNV &amp; ISO codes.
</li></ul><ul><li>Standard L-3 functions such as prepare and maintain relevant procedures (MUT, PAUT, ToFD) and practical involvement for qualifying project procedures from Client / Company by demonstration/ validation as and when required.
</li></ul><ul><li>Arrange Calibration &amp; Demonstration block by taking support of local manufacturer as per project requirement.
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain ADVANCE UT inventory of equipment &amp; accessories, Blocks for current and upcoming projects.
</li></ul><ul><li>Lead ADVANCE UT crew and maintain regular job progress as per project requirement and commitment. Practical involvement may require as per job requirement and the difficulty level.
</li></ul><ul><li>Mentoring L-II technicians for different type of job by involving physically, giving on-job training to junior technicians to build strong field work force.
</li></ul><ul><li>Examination Setup, perform initial examinations, review raw data and preparation &amp; verifications of advance UT reports as necessary.
</li></ul><ul><li>Regular liaise with client / Company for smooth job progress.
</li></ul><ul><li>Improvement in ADVANCE UT application and introduce new technology and technique as per project / Client requirement as appropriate.
</li></ul></div><p><b>Experience:</b>
</p><p>Total Experience in NDE 10+ Year. After PAUT L-III qualification 3+ Year job experience as L-III. Overall PAUT Experience 5+ with good amount of hands-on experience in PAUT with various kind of material such as CS, SS, LTCS,P11 material, Inconel, and nickel-alloy.</p></div>
