We are seeking a proactive and commercially-minded B2B Marketing Manager to significantly contribute to our brand and business growth, particularly within North America. This role offers a dynamic blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, focusing on developing and managing global campaigns and initiatives that generate leads across all markets. A key aspect of this position will be driving local market activation, with a balanced focus on the US market and supporting broader global marketing efforts.
Job Summary:<ul>
<li>
Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of global marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.</li>
<li>Create and produce scalable B2B marketing and sales enablement materials (e.g., case studies, product sheets, presentations, webinars) for use by sales and marketing teams worldwide.</li>
<li>Collaborate with our sales teams in various markets to adapt global campaigns for local needs, ensuring consistency and alignment across our brand</li>
<li>Serve as a key member of the global B2B marketing team, utilizing market insights and data to contribute to strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all local and regional events, while providing strategic support and on-site assistance for key global trade shows and activations.</li>
<li>Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance and use insights to optimize future activities.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:<ul>
<li>
6+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or a global marketing role.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of sales processes and how marketing can drive measurable business outcomes.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and how marketing drives key metrics like MQLs and SQLs.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both centrally and locally.</li>
<li>Experience managing campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting.</li>
<li>Hands-on event marketing experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience of CRM tools like MCAE, Hubspot and Marketo is beneficial</li>
<li>Proven experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to leverage insights to optimize campaign performance</li>

Demonstrable contribution to the sales pipeline through high-quality MQLs and effective lead nurturing.</li>
<li>Proactive use of data and reporting to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions for the global B2B team.</li>
<li>Successful launch of high-impact global campaigns that result in measurable business growth and positive brand presence worldwide.</li>
<li>Exceptional collaboration with sales and regional teams, with a clear alignment on shared priorities and goals.</li></ul> 
This is a full-time, hybrid position, based in New York City. This position has a base compensation span of $110,000 - $150,000 yearly dependent upon experience.
