Maintain a strong understanding of business office processes&mdash;especially charge review&mdash;and stay up to date on Modernizing Medicine enhancements to ensure accurate, confident communication with patients about their accounts.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain thorough and detailed knowledge of cosmetic and self-pay billing.</div></li><li><div>
Prepare, review, and post non-insurance bills/charges using billing software, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</div></li><li><div>
Verify that charges have been entered and approved in accordance with company policy for every checked-in appointment (missing charges report).</div></li><li><div>
Communicate professionally and effectively with staff and offices relating to patient escalation, cosmetic bills, fee sheets and inventory items.</div></li><li><div>
Respond to care questions or complaints in order to immediately resolve. Provide documentation on unresolved issues voiced by patients and refer to the appropriate party for resolution.</div></li><li><div>

The Sr. Regional Operations Leader will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will also work closely with the Market Medical Director is responsible for assuring that multi-site operations in the region operate smoothly and efficiently. This individual manages teammates and partners with providers and corporate departments to ensure the highest standard of dermatology care is provided, consistent with sound financial operations and budgets.</div><div></div><div><br>
Essential Job Functions:</div><ul><li>Full P&amp;L responsibility and leadership for approximately 8-15 dermatology clinics and over 50 employees including doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, aestheticians and medical and administrative team members.</li><li>Develops and executes operating plans and goals for the region including financial and revenue growth, operations, labor management, and clinical outcomes.</li><li>Ensures clinic activity meets established standards of quality, satisfying compliance with Federal, State and other applicable regulations.</li><li>Monitors KPIs for performance, recognizes strong execution and provides coaching for centers falling short of expectations.</li><li>Partners with the Market Medical Director and operations leadership to make operational decisions to benefit the region.</li><li>Actively manages all teammate employment areas such as hiring, onboarding, job performance evaluations and professional development.</li><li>Engages with corporate leadership to stay apprised of company guidance, provides updates on region and executes strategic planning between regions.</li><li>Meets regularly with each physician and provider to discuss individual performance and to identify opportunities and barriers.</li><li>Drives pursuit of new business in the region.
