Job Description:</div><div>
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional client service at a prestigious law firm client of Epiq. Will be responsible for the supervision of all employees at the site, including hiring, recruiting, assignment of work, training and development of their professional skills.</div><div></div><div>
Essential Job Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Serves as the principal liaison between the employees and the Client</div></li><li><div>
Supervises and delegates to the team to ensure productivity goals are met and team provides excellent client service</div></li><li><div>
Continuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of operation</div></li><li><div>
Seeks opportunities to increase services and makes recommendations to the key contact</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrates proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client</div></li><li><div>
Recruits and interviews potential candidates for available positions at the site</div></li><li><div>
Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates and develops all personnel assigned to the site</div></li><li><div>
Schedules personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and makes sure contracted hours of operation are covered without incurring overtime</div></li><li><div>
Assists Operations Manager with tracking productivity and collects all information necessary to provide leadership and the client with monthly reports</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements</div><ul><li><div>
High School Diploma or equivalent;</div></li><li><div>
Previous supervisor experience in a client service-oriented field, preferably mail/copy/production. Candidates with experience in a law firm setting are encouraged to apply.</div></li><li><div>
Detail oriented with good attention to detail</div></li><li><div>
Good verbal and written communication skills</div></li><li><div>
Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision</div></li><li><div>
Ability to lead others in a professional manner</div></li><li><div>
Working knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word, Excel and Outlook</div></li><li><div>
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater</div></li><li><div>
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time</div></li></ul><div>

The Compensation range for this role is 25.15 to 28.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.</div><div></div><div>

Job Summary:</div><div></div><div>
Support client&rsquo;s legal spend and outside counsel/vendor operations across the full engagement lifecycle (from onboarding and contract control through invoice/billing compliance and records management), ensuring adherence to standards, timely processing, and auditable documentation.</div><div></div><div>
Essential Job Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Manage the matter/engagement lifecycle from initiation to close; confirm all firm/vendor arrangements meet client standards.</li><li>
Review engagement letters/statements of work (ELs/SOWs), flag/redline deviations to retention policies/standards, and escalate as needed; secure executed copies.</li><li>
Enter and maintain matters in Legal Tracker (or equivalent); configure reminders for key dates; maintain version control and complete audit trails.</li><li>
Track invoices across all firms/vendors; enforce billing guidelines and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Help implement standardized workflows, approval paths, and documentation controls across the engagement.</li><li>
Track compliance and cycle times; maintain centralized repositories for engagement documentation and evidence of controls.</li><li>
Leverage department tools for data extraction and basic risk checks; support training and enablement on new processes/tools.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications &amp; Characteristics</div><ul><li>
3&ndash;5+ years in legal department operations, outside counsel/vendor management, or e&#8209;billing/matter management (e.g., Legal Tracker).</li><li>
Demonstrated rigor in contract/document control, audit trail maintenance, and compliance with billing guidelines.</li><li>
Proficiency with Legal Tracker (or similar) and strong Excel/data skills.</li><li>
Clear, concise communicator who escalates issues appropriately and collaborates across legal, finance, and vendors.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Preferred Qualifications</div><ul><li>
Experience automating repeatable tasks (e.g., invoice processing, approvals, renewals) and driving workflow standardization.</li><li>
Familiarity with departmental KPIs and dashboard/reporting needs.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Success Measures (Examples)</div><ul><li>
On&#8209;time invoice processing and billing&#8209;guideline compliance rate.</li><li>
Cycle&#8209;time reduction for firm/vendor onboarding and engagement close.</li><li>
