HR CoordinatorLocation: BengaluruExperience: 1 &ndash; 1.5 yearsIndustry: BPO / ITESJob Description:We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with hands-on experience in BPO hiring.The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for customer support and voice/non-voice roles.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (voice, non-voice, chat).Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
