As the Regional IT Manager, you will motivate, inspire and encourage your colleagues in Epiroc IT in the region.</div><br>

<div>
You will focus on regional and local adoption of Epiroc IT Global Product/Solution/Service in line with Epiroc IT strategy, standard, guiding principles while keeping business requirements in mind. You will be accountable for the Epiroc IT staff's wellbeing in accordance with global and local Human Resource processes. You will also provide local services where needed according to global standards and local regulations.

Your Mission</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Represent Epiroc IT towards business and be the business channel to Epiroc IT</li>
<li>Be responsible for regional and local project activities</li>
<li>Together with the IT functions and teams transform strategies and road maps into regional common objectives</li>
<li>Create, maintain and follow up common KPIs for regional management</li>
<li>Maintain relationship with user community, stakeholders (business representatives)</li>
<li>Market and ensure the use of Global Product/Solution/Service in line with Epiroc IT strategy, standard, guiding principles
</li><li>Provide user community with plans and give feedback to functional teams</li>
<li>Administrate resources where applicable to the role given (admin role)</li>
<li>Create and get approval for functional roadmap of Regional &amp; Local Product/Solution/Service in line with Epiroc IT strategy and security policy</li>
<li>Establish positive and supporting attitude within the regional teams</li>
<li>Always have security in mind</li>
<li>Regular meeting with business representatives</li>
<li>Cost management for local services and Regional IT costs</li>
<li>Work close with other Functional Area owners and IT governance teams to optimize services efficiency</li></ul><br>

The job requires a lot of collaboration both internally and externally, so good interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite to be successful in the role.</div>

<li>Passionate about organizational change management and proven leadership skills</li>
<li>Highly motivated, result oriented and ability to prioritize</li>

The Technical Support Manager leads Technical Service, Parts, and Training functions, driving operational performance, technical capability, and customer satisfaction across support operations. Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Lead technical support, parts, and training functions for Epiroc capital equipment and aftermarket services to ensure consistent support delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Epiroc standards.</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and maintain technical training programs aligned with global standards to improve operational performance across internal teams, service centers, dealers, and customers.</li>
<li>Support the growth and development of technical personnel through structured employee lifecycle activities, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning aligned with Epiroc USA&rsquo;s culture and business objectives.</li>
<li>Strengthen frontline technician capability by promoting structured problem-solving, technical development, and increased self-sufficiency in technical support execution.</li>
<li>Ensure technical support processes, documentation, and deliverables comply with Epiroc standards, published documentation, and operational best practices.</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and support handoffs to improve responsiveness, accountability, and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Track and manage key operational metrics, including warranty recovery, work in progress (WIP), and service variance to ensure target performance is achieved.</li>
<li>Capture and communicate product performance feedback to global divisions and management through approved reporting systems to support continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives.</li></ul><br>

Knowledge/Education:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Mining, or related field) preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.</li>
<li>Minimum of five years of experience in mining, heavy equipment, or related industries.</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with willingness to travel domestically, with occasional international travel as required.</li></ul><br>

Skills and Abilities:</b></div>

<li>Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and delegate technical teams with an emphasis on technical oversight, coaching, development, and operational performance.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical and technical expertise in fluid power systems, equipment control and navigation systems, low-voltage electrical controls, diesel engines, and rotary screw compressors.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze technical issues, document findings, and communicate solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.</li>
