<div></div><div><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></div>
<div></div><ul><li>Possesses, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>A minimum of a one (1) years prior customer service or administrative experience required.</li>
<li>Possesses excellent business grammar and communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft office suite required, and have a high level of accuracy.</li>
<li>Is able to read, write and communicate effectively in the English language.</li>
<li>Is able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure that the essential functions of the position can be fully met.</li>
<li>Able and willing to work independently with flexibility and integrity, as well as effectively and harmoniously with team members across multiple processes, guests, family members, volunteers, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.</li>
<li>Is willing to communicate with residents based at whatever behavior or acuity level they are currently functioning.</li>
<li>Moves packages and supplies weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis and up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.</li>
<li>Must be fully up-to-date with required vaccinations.</li>

<div></div><div><b>As a Receptionist you can expect to:</b></div>
<ul><li>Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, welcome and positive emphasis. Welcomes visitors and assists with sign-in process.</li>
<li>Takes an active role as part of the administration team, helping with all administrative tasks when necessary. These may include filing, copying, mailings, composing and typing confidential/medical material, formatting/revising existing documents, creating fliers and pamphlets, and operating office equipment such as fax machines, postal machines and photocopiers.</li>
<li>Answers multi-line telephone; determines nature of call and directs caller to appropriate individual or department.</li>
<li>Receives inquiries from team members, residents and guests, and releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Enters data on spreadsheets.</li>
<li>Takes the initiative to think of new ideas and processes to help both residents and team members.</li>
<li>Assists residents as requested/needed; provides door/mailbox key; calls nurse, etc.</li>
<li>Ensures guests/visitors abide by existing rules and reports suspicious persons/information to Security.</li>

<ul><li>Hold an active Ohio State tested nurse aid certification.</li>
<li>Have the ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to lift, push, pull or move 50 lbs on a regular basis and 100 lbs occasionally.</li>
<li>Have the ability to relate to and work effectively with the aging population, integrating our philosophy of people centered care.</li>
<li>Have the ability to read, write and communicate effectively in the English language.</li>
<li>Have the physical ability to to fulfill the ongoing functions of the position.</li>
<li>Have the ability to maintain an attendance record which falls within the guidelines of the company&rsquo;s attendance policy.</li>

</ul><div><b>As an STNA/Resident Assistant you can expect to:</b></div>
<ul><li>STNA provides People Centered care to residents including but not limited to: grooming, bathing, feeding, activities, and all other matters of individualized care.</li>
<li>STNA answers call lights, verbally or in person within 60 seconds.</li>
<li>STNA maintains resident functional abilities at optimum level by using the restorative devises and programs as ordered.</li>
<li>STNA maintains a clean, safe and inviting living environment for residents by keeping rooms, dining areas, halls and other common areas free of clutter, soiled items, debris and odor.</li>
<li>STNA follows facility policies and procedures for infection control by practicing standard precautions and following OSHA guidelines for handling blood and other potentially infectious materials.</li>
<li>STNA reads, understands, implements and evaluates the residents current Plan of Care.</li>
<li>STNA using our computerized medical records systems, updates all resident-related information and completes other administrative responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.</li>
<li>STNA ensures that the charge/care team nurse is notified in a timely manner of changes in resident condition family and or resident concerns, malfunctioning equipment, material shortages, and other pertinent observations.</li>
