Business Analyst Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Collaborate with Digital Product Owner and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for customer-facing web initiatives.</li><li>
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.</li><li>
Manage and maintain the Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer experience objectives.</li><li>
Lead business-side User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution oversight, defect tracking, and stakeholder signoff.</li><li>
Prepare milestone updates and sprint summaries for business and technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Coordinate with business users for testing, feedback loops, and change management to ensure smooth rollout of features.</li></ul><div><b>
Scrum Master Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li><li>
Act as a servant leader to the team&mdash;identifying and removing blockers to maintain delivery momentum.</li><li>
Monitor sprint health, team velocity, and workflow; proactively identify areas for improvement.</li><li>
Champion Agile best practices and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.</li><li>
Support the Digital Product Owner in sprint goal definition and stakeholder alignment.</li><li>
Champion Agile best practices and promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous delivery.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications</b></div><div><b>
Required Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
5&ndash;8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Product-focused Business Analyst supporting <b>customer-facing websites and digital experience platforms.</b></li><li><b>
Strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience</b>, including content authoring, page management, templates, components, workflows, and publishing processes.</li><li>
Familiarity with UX best practices, SEO fundamentals, QA/testing processes, and digital analytics.</li><li>
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience supporting Agile delivery teams.</li><li>
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools for backlog and sprint management.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support UAT activities.</li><li>
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Experience with additional Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, or Adobe Analytics.</li><li>
Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).</li></ul></div>
