Full job descriptionPosition SummaryEPPS Landscaping, LLC is seeking an experienced Crew Leader/Foreman to oversee day-to-day operations within our lawn care and landscaping divisions. This role is responsible for leading a crew of 2&ndash;4 team members, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards.The Crew Leader/Foreman plays a hands-on role in daily production, equipment operation, and job execution. They also need to be able to delegate and communicate clearly to each laborer their individual duties, as well as answer any questions they may have. This position requires strong leadership, time management, and communication skills to deliver consistent results for our residential and commercial clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage a crew to complete daily lawn care and landscaping services</li><li>Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and according to job specifications</li><li>Operate commercial-grade lawn care and landscaping equipment</li><li>Prepare crews and equipment for daily routes and projects ensuring safety and proper use of equipment</li><li>Hold crews accountable for reaching weekly and monthly bonus goals to ensure satisfied customers.</li><li>Communicate job details clearly with team members and management</li><li>Interface professionally with customers at all levels</li><li>Assist with seasonal services such as cleanups, leaf removal, snow services, and equipment maintenance</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Proven ability to lead and motivate a small crews</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot issues and problem-solve in the field</li><li>Professional communication skills with both team members and customers</li><li>Must be bilingual, Spanish-English</li><li>Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and commercial equipment</li><li>Ability to take initiative on-site if additional work and/or changes to job are necessary</li></ul>Experience &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience leading a crew in commercial lawn care or landscaping</li><li>Experience with commercial-grade equipment required</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat and cold)</li><li>Must be bilingual, Spanish-English</li></ul>About EPPS Landscaping, LLCEPPS Landscaping, LLC is a locally owned and operated company serving the Northern Virginia area since 2022.
