Epsilon C5I is seeking a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst II to support mission-critical intelligence operations for Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This role supports the analysis, exploitation, and reporting of signals intelligence to enable operational and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to learn complex intelligence systems and methodologies within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform SIGINT analysis and reporting in support of national security missions.</li><li>
Assist in the collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (CPED) of SIGINT data.</li><li>
Support analysis of communications, emitter characteristics, and associated metadata.</li><li>
Conduct basic signal analysis and pattern-of-life assessments using available analytic tools.</li><li>
Develop and maintain intelligence products and reports for operational customers.</li><li>
Support senior analysts with target development and analytic tradecraft.</li><li>
Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, adversary capabilities, and signals environments.</li><li>
Document analytic methodologies and contribute to mission knowledge bases.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
At a minimum, two years of college or technical training.</li><li>
5-8 years&rsquo; experience in intelligence analysis or related technical field.</li><li>
Applicants must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI access or the ability to obtain.</li><li>
Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.</li><li>
Conduct detailed analysis of RF signals, communications systems, and emitter characteristics.</li><li>
Perform target development and network analysis of adversary communications and signal activity.</li><li>
Produce and review high-confidence intelligence reports and analytic assessments.</li><li>
Familiarity with SIGINT fundamentals and intelligence cycle concepts.</li><li>
Ability to work in a classified operational environment.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience with IC analytic tools or intelligence databases.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of:<ul><li>
RF systems</li><li>
Communications protocols</li><li>
Digital signal processing</li></ul></li><li>
Military SIGINT experience (35N, 1N2, 1N4, CT, etc.).</li><li>
Exposure to Python, MATLAB, or data analysis tools.</li></ul>
Required: ADA Notations:<ul><li>
Regular communication (hearing/speaking).</li><li>
Noise conditions range from very quiet to noisy.</li><li>
Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).</li><li>
Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, and may occasionally lift and move at least 25 pounds.</li><li>
Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.</li></ul>
