This role iscritical in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere while alsoensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate is a high-energy,organized, and self-motivated professional with strong clerical skills and awillingness to jump in wherever needed.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Be the face of EPX Construction Partners&mdash;greet visitors and clients warmly, ensure</li></ul>a positive first impression, and always maintain a friendly and professionaldemeanor.<ul><li>Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage correspondence.</li><li>Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.</li><li>Manage and track subcontractor documentation and compliance forms.</li><li>Prepare and format documents, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office</li></ul>applications.<ul><li>Manage office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.</li><li>Provide administrative support to office staff, including scheduling appointments,</li></ul>managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.<ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized front office and conference area.</li><li>Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and processing invoices, as needed.</li><li>Act as a Notary Public of Texas (preferred but not required).</li><li>Translate documents or conversations as needed (bilingual candidates preferred).</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (Associate&rsquo;s degree preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and</li></ul>Outlook).<ul><li>Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative assistant role is</li></ul>highly desirable.<ul><li>Notary Public of Texas certification is a plus.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>High energy, friendly, and professional demeanor.</li><li>Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Pay starting at $18 - $25 an hour (based on experience).</li><li>A fun, fast-paced work environment where no two days are the same.</li><li>A work hard, play hard culture&mdash;where we push ourselves to be the best and</li></ul>celebrate our successes along the way.<ul><li>A fast-growing company with plenty of room for professional growth and</li></ul>advancement.<ul><li>A supportive team that values your skills, personality, and input.</li><li>The chance to be part of something bigger, helping build amazing projects while</li></ul>having fun doing it!Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
