Role Summary As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage a platform upgrade/migration to drive forward our operating model transformation programme where we are growing our capability, systems and capacity. This is a 6-12-month FTC. Core Duties/Responsibilities The successful candidates will be responsible for the following, but duties are not limited to: The successful candidate will need to: <ul> <li>Develop and manage a detailed delivery plan, including identification of delivery resources required.</li><li>Providing data analysis and forecasting to key stakeholders</li><li>Support line managers during the transformation.</li><li>Manage the key activity workstreams required to support the delivery plan.</li><li>Develop and agree reporting requirements and use this to monitor and report upon the key activities, milestones and dependencies impacting the plan.</li><li>Manage the key assumptions and dependencies underpinning the plan.</li><li>Manage the delivery risks relating to the plan.</li><li>Monitor and manage the resource plan and costs for the project.</li><li>Ensure agreed governance for the programme is followed in line with the agreed structure.</li><li>Prepare a detailed activity schedule for any subsequent project phases.</li></ul> Skills, Capabilities and Attributes The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours: <ul> <li>Previous experience leading a platform migration/client upgrade</li><li>Strong knowledge of Excel to provide data analysis and forecasting reports.</li><li>Strong relationship building skills with key stakeholders.</li><li>A strong background in establishing and managing governance frameworks and milestone tracking within a programme.</li><li>Financial Services experience, ideally Pensions Domain Expertise</li><li>Demonstrable Project Management experience</li><li>Desirable experience of global operations</li><li>Desirable experience of implementing Operating Models</li></ul> What We Offer <ul> <li>Save For Your Future - Equiniti Pension Plan; Equiniti matches your pension contributions up to 10%</li><li>All Employee Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) - Gives all EQ Colleagues the opportunity to benefit if the current owners successfully sell the company for a profit.</li><li>Health and Wellbeing - Employee Assistance Programme: counselling, legal & wellbeing support for colleagues and their households. There has never been a better time to join EQ. Role Summary EQ Retirement Solutions are looking for a Client Reporting Accountant to join their Shared Services Team. As a Client Reporting Accountant you will be joining a team of over 30 Accountancy professionals working together to service in excess of 200 clients. Whilst you will be working as part of one team, you will be responsible for your own client portfolio & will report to the Head of Pension Accounts through a Team Leader. Core Duties/Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: <ul> <li>Responsible for drafting pension scheme financial statements and annual reports in accordance with agreed legislation and best practice, in liaison with clients and their professional advisers.</li><li>Responsible for facilitating audits by pension scheme auditors to agreed timetables.</li><li>Preparing periodic financial reports and financial management information for clients.</li><li>Processing transactional information and reconciliations.</li><li>Comply with financial control environment and accounting quality standards.</li><li>Authorise payments in accordance with mandates.</li><li>Prepare trustees self-assessment tax return forms for submission to HMRC within statutory deadlines; prepare quarterly accounting for tax returns for submission to HMRC, prepare ONS Returns.</li><li>Share skills and experiences with team members, build relationships with clients as their dedicated Pension Accountant.</li><li>Build and maintain an awareness of other EQ Paymaster activities and work flexibly with other teams and departments.</li><li>Ad-hoc accounting activities as required by your Team Leader and the Head of Pension Accounts.</li></ul> The duties and responsibilities outlined above are to be regarded as broad areas of responsibility and do not necessarily detail all tasks which the post holder may be required to perform.
