Collaborate with the Principal in setting goals and priorities for Academic excellence7. Coordinate and monitor student discipline and behaviour management procedures.8. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and orientation of new teachers.9. Support the Principal in communicating with parents, stakeholders, and the community.10.
