Equity Methods is seeking a forward-thinking DevOps Engineer to join our Technology and Innovation group. This role is central to our transformation from traditional data center infrastructure to a lean, cloud-native environment powered by automation, AI, and modern DevOps practices.</div><div>

You&rsquo;ll work across multi-cloud environments using Crossplane and Pulumi (preferably in AWS) to build scalable, secure, and observable infrastructure. You&rsquo;ll also collaborate with AI and product teams to integrate LLM technologies into our CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows.</div><div>
This is a hands-on engineering role. Candidates should expect to write and review code during the interview process to demonstrate their technical depth and problem-solving approach.</div><div>

The Role in a Nutshell</b></div><div>
</div><ul><li>
Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP using Crossplane and Pulumi.</li><li>
Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) pipelines to support scalable deployment of applications and data services.</li><li>
Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to optimize Snowflake environments for performance, cost, and security.</li><li>
Develop automation scripts and services using Python, TypeScript, Go, or Rust to support infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and remediation.</li><li>
Integrate LLM technologies into operational workflows (e.g., intelligent alerting, auto-remediation, documentation generation).</li><li>
Partner with software engineers and product managers to ensure seamless deployment and observability of web and mobile applications.</li><li>
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and secrets management across environments.</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, performance, and developer experience.</li><li>
Contribute to the development of internal DevOps standards, reusable modules, and best practices.</li></ul><div>

Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</b></div><div>
</div><ul><li>
5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Crossplane and Pulumi in at least one cloud environment (preferably AWS).</li><li>
Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Go, or Rust for scripting and automation.</li><li>
Experience managing and optimizing Snowflake environments.</li><li>
Familiarity with integrating LLMs into DevOps workflows or operational tooling.</li><li>
Deep understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.</li><li>
Exposure to web and mobile application deployment pipelines.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>
