We are seeking an experienced Administrative Virtual Assistant to support a growing law firm with billing management through Clio and direct communication with clients. The firm consists of approximately 15 attorneys, and the VA will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate billing and maintaining excellent client relations.
If you have a background in legal billing, strong organizational skills, and experience managing communications in a fast-paced professional setting, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage and process billing through Clio Manage (time entries, invoices, payments).</li><li>
Coordinate billing details and updates with attorneys and clients.</li><li>
Track billable hours and ensure accuracy across multiple matters.</li><li>
Follow up on overdue invoices and client payments as needed.</li><li>
Maintain organized records of client communications and billing histories.</li><li>
Support administrative tasks such as document management and scheduling.</li><li>
Communicate professionally via email, phone, and client portals.</li></ul> 
Requirements:<ul><li>
Experience using Clio Manage (billing, timekeeping, or client management).</li><li>
Prior experience working as a Virtual Assistant in a legal or professional services environment.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across several clients.</li><li>
Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic.</li><li>
Stable internet connection and remote work setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting multiple attorneys or a law firm.
Knowledge of general legal billing procedures and terminology.
Customer service experience or client-facing role background.</li></ul></div>
