Job Description 
Supervises case managers delivering employment and training services, ensuring compliance with funder rules and achievement of performance outcomes.<ul><li>Oversee case manager workloads, assignments, and performance.</li><li>Review case files to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff.</li><li>Support recruitment, engagement, and retention of participants.</li><li>Track outcomes and report results to leadership.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
Required: 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field. 
3+ years of case management experience, workforce development preferred. 
Supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Annual Salary $68,000.00 to $78,500.00<div></div>
