Nabina is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team within the kitchen equipment division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving project-based sales growth.This role requires a motivated self-starter who can identify prospects, build strong customer relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and consistently achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will have experience in project sales, preferably within the kitchen equipment, hospitality, or related industry.Roles, Responsibilities &amp; Accountabilities<ul><li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets.</li><li>Identify and research potential clients, consultants, contractors, and project opportunities.</li><li>Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.</li><li>Conduct client meetings (in person, phone, email) to present products and solutions.</li><li>Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, and project proposals.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, operations) for project execution.</li><li>Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to project closing.</li><li>Maintain and update CRM database with accurate customer and project information.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, negotiate terms, and resolve issues professionally.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.</li><li>Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.</li><li>Participate actively in sales meetings and performance reviews.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong project sales experience, preferably in kitchen equipment or hospitality solutions.</li><li>Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Confident in presentations and client negotiations.</li><li>Good understanding of commercial kitchen layouts and equipment (preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience using CRM and sales management software.</li><li>Strong negotiation, closing, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 7+ years of sales experience (project sales preferred).</li><li>Experience in kitchen equipment, hospitality projects, construction-related sales, or similar industry is an advantage.</li><li>High school diploma/GED required; higher education preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you familiar with commercial kitchen layouts and equipment specifications?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>kitchen equipment or hospitality industry: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>

We are looking for a Heavy License Driver for our company.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Highly skilled in driving Heavy and medium vehicles</li></ul><ul><li>Known for delivering and transporting goods / materials in a safe, timely, and efficient manner</li></ul><ul><li>Shall obtain receipts for items delivered and keep a log / delivery notes / invoices of items received and delivered</li></ul><ul><li>Competent at checking the vehicle for problems and performing pre/post trip maintenance tasks</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent driving record</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of the city streets and addresses</li></ul><ul><li>Good GPS and navigation skills</li></ul><ul><li>Skilled in contacting clients / suppliers by phone and arrange the pick-up time</li></ul><ul><li>Able in preparing and making the route in an efficient way</li></ul><ul><li>Known for demonstrating a high level of courtesy and professionalism to clients, suppliers, and coworker</li></ul><ul><li>Able to give accurate and detailed information about the routes and journey</li></ul><ul><li>Effective skills in maintaining the log of mileage, the number of trips, and destinations</li></ul><ul><li>Familiar with all traffic laws and regulations</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures</li></ul><ul><li>Willing to work flexible schedule and locations Responsibilities</li></ul><ul><li>Checking vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order</li></ul><ul><li>Maneuvering trucks into loading or unloading positions, and checking that the vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned</li></ul><ul><li>Collecting delivery instructions from appropriate sources, and verifying instructions and routes</li></ul><ul><li>Maintaining logs of working hours or of vehicle service and repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR2,000.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Heavy Driving license (Required)</li></ul>
