Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to manage and oversee construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site</li><li>Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams</li><li>Monitor project progress and report daily site activities</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards</li><li>Prepare and maintain site records, measurements, and reports</li><li>Coordinate with the planning, procurement, and quality control teams</li><li>Identify and resolve site-related technical issues</li><li>Assist in material planning and inventory management</li><li>Support project engineers and project managers in execution and reporting</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering (or Diploma in Civil Engineering)</li><li>Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and procedures</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs</li><li>Familiarity with site safety practices and quality standards</li><li>Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word), and project documentation</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project requirements</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Optional):<ul><li>Experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure projects</li><li>Knowledge of billing, quantity estimation, and bar bending schedules</li><li>Experience with project management or construction software</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR8,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have work experience as leading a site team?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>site engineer: 6 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving (Required)</li></ul>

Your primary role will be advising on measures to minimize hazards and maintain a safe working environment. Your focus will be on preventive measures, requiring attentiveness and proactive thinking. Join our team and contribute to creating a secure working environment for our employees.Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the development of OHS policies and programs.</li><li>Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)</li><li>Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.</li><li>Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.</li><li>Initiate and organize OHS training for employees and executives.</li><li>Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)</li><li>Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.</li><li>Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.</li><li>Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker&rsquo;s compensation claims.</li><li>Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.</li></ul>Requirements and skills<ul><li>Proven experience as safety officer</li><li>In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures</li><li>Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices</li><li>Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.</li><li>Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics</li><li>BSc/BA in safety management, engineering or relevant field is preferred</li><li>Certificate in occupational health and safety</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>HSE Officer: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>NEBOSH (Required)</li><li>IOSH (Required)</li></ul>
