 Eram Talent is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Field Operator to join our team within the Water treatment plant . As a Field Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operations of various equipment in the field.
 
 
 Your responsibilities will include:

 Operating and monitoring field equipment, including pumps, compressors, and valves.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting regular maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Diagnosing and addressing operational issues as they arise.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhering to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Documenting and reporting any equipment failures or safety concerns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with team members to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Field Operator or in a similar position.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in chemical plant or sea water pump station or wastewater treatment plant etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical and mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and make timely decisions under pressure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to work shifts and travel as needed.
 </li>
