Job SummaryThe Driver / Security Guard is responsible for providing safe and secure transportation while performing security duties in compliance with SIRA regulations, UAE laws, and company security procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving Duties<ul><li>Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with UAE traffic laws</li><li>Transport personnel, materials, and secured consignments as assigned</li><li>Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects</li><li>Follow approved routes and schedules</li></ul>Security Duties<ul><li>Perform security duties in line with SIRA standards and SOPs</li><li>Control access of personnel and vehicles</li><li>Verify IDs, permits, and delivery documents</li><li>Ensure secure handling and transportation of assigned assets</li><li>Report incidents and suspicious activities promptly</li><li>Assist during emergencies as per procedures</li></ul>Mandatory Requirements (SIRA / UAE Compliance)<ul><li>Valid SIRA Security Guard License (mandatory)</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License - Manual (Light Vehicle or as required)</li><li>Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Security Guard / Security Driver</li><li>Medically fit as per UAE government-approved standards</li><li>Clear criminal record and successful background verification</li><li>Basic knowledge of HSE and emergency response procedures</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is an advantage)</li><li>Willingness to work rotational shifts</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Defensive and safe driving skills</li><li>Strong observation and reporting abilities</li><li>Professional conduct and discipline</li><li>Ability to follow SOPs and chain of command</li><li>Experience in driving armored vehicles</li></ul>Conditions of EmploymentEmployment is conditional upon maintaining a valid SIRA license, UAE driving license, medical fitness, and Police Clearance Certificate / security clearance, and compliance with UAE laws, SIRA Code of Conduct, and company policies.Valid UAE Driving License Basic Security Guard TrainingExperience in driving armored vehiclesJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have valid UAE drivers license?</li></ul>Do you have Basic Security Guard Training Certificate?<ul><li>Can You Join Immediately?</li></ul>Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 12/01/2026
