Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Team Leader for Basic Security Guard operations to oversee security activities at our facilities. In this vital role, you will lead a team of security personnel, ensuring the safety and protection of people, property, and assets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills while maintaining a secure environment for all stakeholders.Responsibilities<ul><li>Must have a strong background in incident reporting, including handling incidents and preparing detailed reports.</li><li>Demonstrate strong communication skills, with proven experience in effectively managing and dealing with security guards.</li><li>Possess solid knowledge of access control systems and procedures.</li><li>Ability to educate, train, and mentor security guards to ensure high performance and compliance.</li><li>Prepare and submit consolidated weekly and monthly reports.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security guards to ensure consistent and effective security coverage.</li><li>Lead incident response efforts, including conflict management, emergency procedures, and reporting incidents accurately and promptly.</li><li>Conduct regular patrols and surveillance using CCTV systems and physical inspections to identify potential security risks or breaches.</li><li>Ensure all team members are trained in first aid, CPR, law enforcement procedures, and conflict resolution techniques.</li><li>Write detailed reports on security incidents, observations, and operational activities to maintain comprehensive records.</li><li>Enforce security policies and procedures while fostering a positive team environment through motivation and clear communication.</li><li>Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>SIRA Security Supervisor certification holders will be given priority.</li><li>Proven experience in security roles, military service, law enforcement, or related fields demonstrating strong discipline and situational awareness.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License (Manual) Preferred.</li><li>Good physical fitness and presentable appearance.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience as a Security Team Leader in a Dubai-based security company</li><li>Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of surveillance systems, report writing, and emergency response protocols.</li><li>Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively under pressure.</li><li>Strong communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with team members and external agencies.</li><li>Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while making quick decisions.
