Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Summary: The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for building brand presence and leading community engagement across all social channels, as well as increasing awareness and engagement &amp; driving store visits. This role will also work with franchisees on Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives to increase sales &amp; traffic to those locations.
Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>
Content Creation &amp; Paid Media<ul><li>
Develop, design, &amp; curate engaging content for posts across all Erbert &amp; Gerbert's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>
Own all social media content calendar creation and execution</li><li>
Assist in planning and coordinating photoshoots</li><li>
Ideate and craft eye-catching and trendsetting reels that showcase our products and brand personality</li><li>
Work with design team to create aesthetically pleasing visual assets that align with the brand's identity</li></ul></li><li>
Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, utilizing metrics to gauge the success of our campaigns</li><li>
Continuously optimize our strategies by understanding and leveraging analytics</li></ul></li><li>
Community Feedback<ul><li>
Monitor new product offerings (LTOs) feedback across all channels</li><li>
Respond to all comments &amp; DMs on all paid and organic channels</li><li>
Work with team on overall customer sentiment</li><li>
Keep a pulse on industry trends and how we should position our product against competing brands on social media</li></ul></li><li>
Local Store Marketing liaison<ul><li>
Work with franchisees to execute core LSM tactics in their communities</li><li>
Assist with any quarterly or annual goals for the company &amp; franchisee locations
</li><li>Support with new store openings (NSOs) from both a social media perspective as well as assisting with local marketing activities</li></ul></li></ul>
Required Skills and Abilities<ul><li>
Proven experience in creating compelling content across social media platforms.</li><li>
A skilled eye for design and the ability to translate creative ideas into great posts.</li><li>
A keen understanding of current social media trends</li><li>
Proficient with graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign</li></ul><ul><li>
Strong grasp of both organic and paid social</li><li>
Proven experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results.</li></ul><ul><li>
Self-starter &amp; great communication skills</li><li>
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
</li><li>Background in QSR industry is a significant plus</li></ul>
Education and Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
</li><li>3+ years' experience working in social media; restaurant/food service preferred.</li><li>
Proven success utilizing social channels, streaming, email, creatively to achieve organizational and marketing goals</li><li>
Experience with social media advertising as well as working with related agencies</li><li>
Track record of managing budgets</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Ability to work on a computer</li><li>
Ability to drive to store locations, photoshoots, &amp; other events</li><li>
Ability to participate in in-person meetings</li></ul>
