 What Do We Expect From Our New Team Member?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Play an active role in analyz, improve, and transferring business processes belonging to group companies to digital systems,
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather requirements from business units, perform requirements analysis, and provide documentation,
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out process mapping, functional analysis, and test scenario creation activities in SAP ERP and other enterprise system projects,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective communication throughout the project process by acting as a bridge between business units and technical teams,
 </li>
 <li>
 Support user testing, migration, and go-live processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor user satisfaction and process compatibility of implemented systems,
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to process management, project tracking, and workflow standardization,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure reporting of analysis and implementation processes using project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills We Are Looking For
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering or Management Information Systems,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate application projects, preferably SAP ERP systems,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in process analysis, business requirement gathering, and documentation,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of core business processes such as production, logistics, sales, purchasing, financial affairs, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developed written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solution-oriented,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel and Visio) and business analysis tools,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to travel with regard to projects
 </li>
