Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>Monitor and analyze outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments and minimize overdue balances.</li><li>Perform variance analysis between invoices and payments to identify discrepancies.</li><li>Reconcile open POs to ensure accurate payment processing.</li><li>Track and monitor deleted POs, ensuring appropriate documentation and resolution.</li><li>Oversee the closure of credit memos by validating pending credits with vendors.</li><li>Conduct monthly reconciliation for Amex and Visa card transactions.</li><li>Prepare and maintain dispute reports for Amex and Visa, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.</li><li>Monitor and reconcile all refunds received through Amex and Visa cards.</li><li>Conduct periodic validation of credit cards and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate cash flow reports to monitor company liquidity.</li><li>Maintain and monitor company credit cards to ensure sufficient credit limits and proper usage.</li><li>Continuously identify gaps in the payment and reconciliation process. And recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and complete financial records.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors to resolve financial queries, negotiate payment terms, and ensure timely payments, fostering strong vendor relationships.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. (MBA or CA inter will be a plus)</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in a finance role or accounts payables.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proven leadership and team management abilities</li><li>Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Technical Skills:</b></div><div>
 Proficiency in using email platforms to respond to buyer queries, provide information, and resolve issues.</div><div>
