<div><div>Eric'sons is currently hiring for an experienced welder/fabricator for our plant! We are a Trench drain manufacturing company currently hiring for several permanent positions. Advancement to leadership positions available.</div>

In the role of welder, you will be responsible for the performing the following duties:</div>
<div>
Job Duties:</div>
<ul><li>
perform ordinary and repetitive hand welding operations.</li><li>
Operate welding equipment; regulate current and voltage or gas and feed rate for proper fusion of metals.</li><li>
Be able to MIG and TIG weld</li><li>
Heavy lifting may be required</li><li>
Mya layout and mark weld points on parts or assemblies using tape measure, square, scribe or templates.</li><li>
Mus be able to plan and layout welding sequence, referring to drawings, blueprints or specifications.</li><li>
Must be proficient at reading work orders.</li><li>
A concern for quality control is a requirement.</li><li>
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.</li><li>
May perform minor maintenance procedures.</li><li>
Insurance quality of work is consistent with quality procedures.</li><li>
Keep the fabrication areas organized.</li><li>
Communicate fabrication concerns to supervisor.</li><li>
Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures to insure a safe work environment.</li><li>
Work overtime as needed</li><li>
Must be able to pass a drug screening</li><li>
Must have reliable transportation to and from work site daily</li><li>
Must be able to stand for 8-hour shift.</li></ul></div>
