This position works closely with equipment operators and crew leads to prepare parking lots and driveways for grading and paving. The role involves physical, hands-on work in all weather conditions.Must be 18 years of age or older.Starting pay is based on experience and on job training is paid. Performance reviews are conducted after 30 days, with opportunities for wage increases and advancement within the company.
