Family owned and operated since 1918, our mission is to safeguard your jobsite with quality and innovative solutions with a commitment to safety, ease of use and reliability.Available Shift: 6:00 AM &ndash; 4:30 PM (M &ndash; TH)General Purpose: Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction performing the following duties:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Proficient in assigned welding techniques.</li><li>Interpretation of mechanical drawings, including weld requirement symbology.</li><li>Knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and some exotic materials.</li><li>Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)</li><li>Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools.</li><li>Clean and prepare product for final assembly</li><li>Igniting flame or striking an arc while welding or performing other electricity-related work to weld part of a metal structure.</li><li>Clamping, holding, tack-welding, heat-bending, bolting, or grinding spare parts as necessary to satisfy the technical requirements and create a welded final product.</li><li>Operating safety working equipment and applying safety practice at work while performing his/her duties.</li><li>Operating other accessory equipment and performing some tasks necessary for welding metal, such as fusing metal segments, using gas tungsten arc, metal arc, flux-cored arc, plasma arc, and other types of welding arcs.</li><li>Control the processes of fitting, burning and welding to avoid problems in relation to overheat, distortion, expansion or shrink of spare parts.</li><li>Examining finish products and spare parts and comparing them with samples to check whether the specifications are met.</li><li>Being in charge of preparing and setting up necessary tools and equipment for welding job such as shielded metal arc, gas metal arc or other welding equipment.</li><li>Arranging and assuring the welded parts to be arranged in order before being assembled into final products, using such tools as square, caliper or ruler for this task.</li><li>Welding equipment maintenance.</li><li>Assist in design of fixturing</li><li>Assist in repairs as necessary</li><li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications, Education and Certifications:<ul><li>High School diploma, or equivalent</li><li>To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential/duty satisfactorily</li><li>Works with limited supervision</li><li>Must be able to read and understand electrical and mechanical blueprints, production/assembly instructions, parts lists, verbal instruction and notes</li><li>Ability to apply previous experience to perform detailed written or oral instructions.</li><li>Must have the ability to resolve minor problems as they arise</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years&rsquo; experience in various forms of welding, specifically aluminum MIG welding and TIG welding mix of school and work acceptable</li><li>Preferred certification to welding standard AWS D1.2, or equivalent in aluminum standards (this certification will have to be obtained if not already possessed)</li></ul>Physical requirements of the position: <ul><li>Walking, standing, bending, stooping and sitting</li><li>Lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds occasionally ; frequently 35 pounds</li><li>Good hand/eye coordination</li></ul>Ericson offers competitive compensationJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of relevant work experience do you have in a similar role?</li><li>Please list any welding certifications that you may have.</li><li>Are you able to work overtime?</li><li>Desired Salary:</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Welding: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

This Leader is accountable for achieving both sales growth and profitability goals. This role is directly responsible for new business development and lead generation activities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible to developing a successful Regional Sales and Marketing Plan. Working with their Reps and Distributors, will identify key distribution and end-user targets that align with Ericson Sales and Profitability goals for their regional.</li><li>Select, Manage and Lead Sales Representative Agencies responsible for Electrical Channel to success.</li><li>Train and Mentor Product Sales and Specification Skills at the Rep and Distribution Levels.</li><li>Continuously Lead Distribution Reps to varied opportunities that involve Ericson products, leading coordination through distribution and modeling successful sales and marketing behaviors.</li><li>Interface with Key Distribution Contacts at Regional, Divisional or National Level to coordinate and support distribution sales throughout their regional territory as well as supporting national sales.</li><li>Build, manage and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities by thoroughly understanding all sales influencers, (Owner, Specifier, Engineer, General Contractor, Electrical Contractor, Installer) in the specification process.</li><li>Maintain direct relationships with key market leaders in the value chain &ndash; OEM, Industrial (shipyard, refinery, etc.) Construction, Municipal, Educational and Commercial verticals customers.</li><li>Achieve revenue and profitability goals for Ericson products sold into the account targets. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to Ericson&rsquo;s customers.</li><li>Work collaboratively with value chain constituents, Representative and Ericson team members to identify opportunities for process and product improvement.</li><li>Provides quality leadership for Ericson internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Ericson Values at all times, inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating teamwork, and inspiring others.</li><li>Evaluates market trends and gathers competitive information, identifies trends that affect current and future growth of sales and profitability.
