You will contribute to building distinct visual identities for clients and ensure that every creative output aligns with Eridium&rsquo;s standards of innovation, precision, and performance.Key Responsibilities:1. Creative Vision &amp; Design Execution<ul><li>Work with account managers, content strategists, and clients to deliver visually striking graphics, design systems, and brand-aligned creatives.</li><li>Stay updated with modern design trends, styles, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.</li><li>Provide proactive recommendations to clients for visual improvements and upgrades.</li></ul>2. Timely &amp; Accurate Delivery<ul><li>Meet all design deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.</li><li>Obtain clear briefs, ask clarifying questions, and ensure complete understanding of requirements before starting work.</li><li>Guarantee that all designs are brand-safe, original, error-free, and ready for publishing.</li><li>Maintain zero tolerance for plagiarism and fundamental design/brand guideline violations.</li></ul>3. Quality Ownership<ul><li>Minimize rework through thoughtful planning, proper requirement gathering, and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and internal quality benchmarks.</li><li>Record client appreciations and wins for internal review and performance tracking.</li><li>Contribute to building award-worthy design pieces for client campaigns.</li></ul>4. Innovation &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Collaborate with account and content teams to identify opportunities to elevate design output and enhance client experience.</li><li>Explore creative tools (including AI-based design tools) and processes to improve speed, efficiency, and design quality.</li><li>Spot opportunities for value-adds and up-sell through design enhancements.</li></ul>5. Communication &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Communicate proactively with internal teams and clients to ensure design aligns with messaging and project goals.</li><li>Respond to all emails and messages within a 2-hour window and provide clear delivery timelines.</li><li>Maintain a professional and solution-oriented communication style at all times.</li></ul>6.
