Fresh Basket is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Brand Ambassadors to represent our stores and drive sales. As a brand ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, engaging with customers, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. You will play a vital role in increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and building customer loyalty.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers in-store, offering assistance, and sharing product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.</li><li>Sales Promotion: Promote Fresh Basket&rsquo;s products, special offers, and seasonal sales to maximize conversions and increase revenue.</li><li>Brand Representation: Ensure that all interactions reflect the values and image of the Fresh Basket brand, maintaining a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Be fully informed about Fresh Basket's product range, including fresh produce, grocery items, and specialty products, to answer customer queries and offer recommendations.</li><li>Demonstrations &amp; Sampling: Organize and execute in-store product demonstrations and sampling events to showcase new products or promotions.</li><li>Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive selling and customer service.</li><li>Merchandising Support: Assist in maintaining product displays, ensuring shelves are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.</li><li>Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products, promotions, and the overall shopping experience to share with the management team for continuous improvement.</li><li>Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach and events to promote Fresh Basket and drive foot traffic to the store.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, or customer service is preferred.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.</li><li>Sales-Driven: Passionate about sales with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.</li><li>Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.</li><li>Brand Enthusiasm: Genuine interest in Fresh Basket&rsquo;s products and mission to promote healthy, sustainable living.</li><li>Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently when required.</li><li>Location: In Defence Outlet.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

We are seeking a dynamic Female Marketing Executive to lead marketing campaigns, partnerships, and digital initiatives that drive Fresh Basket&rsquo;s growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and experienced in digital marketing and brand collaborations.Key Responsibilities1. Partnership &amp; Banking Marketing<ul><li>Develop and manage discount/cashback campaigns with banks and corporate partners.</li><li>Coordinate campaign execution, tracking, and performance analysis.</li><li>Manage agreements, invoicing, and settlements post-campaign.</li><li>Build and sustain long-term partner relationships for co-branded promotions.</li></ul>2. E-commerce &amp; Performance Marketing<ul><li>Monitor online sales, conversions, and ROI across platforms.</li><li>Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and user experience.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.</li></ul>3.
