We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead (MERN + Blockchain) to lead our development team in building scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain-based web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) along with hands-on experience in blockchain technologies, smart contract development, and Web3 integrations.The candidate will play a key leadership role in architecting solutions, mentoring team members, ensuring code quality, and driving timely project delivery in collaboration with cross-functional departments.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership:<ul><li>Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of applications using MERN stack and Blockchain technologies.</li><li>Architect scalable systems with modular and maintainable code structures.</li><li>Review code, enforce coding standards, and conduct technical audits to ensure best practices.</li><li>Design and integrate smart contracts (Solidity, Web3.js, ethers.js) into web applications.</li><li>Implement and manage APIs, wallets, tokens, NFTs, and blockchain data structures.</li></ul>Team &amp; Project Management:<ul><li>Supervise and mentor a team of front-end, back-end, and blockchain developers.</li><li>Allocate tasks, manage sprints, and ensure on-time project delivery.</li><li>Collaborate closely with designers, QA engineers, and product managers to define requirements and development goals.</li><li>Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and code retrospectives.</li></ul>Innovation &amp; Optimization:<ul><li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies in blockchain and full-stack development.</li><li>Identify and implement performance improvements, scalability strategies, and security best practices.</li><li>Contribute to the company&rsquo;s technical roadmap and propose innovative solutions aligned with business goals.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:Technical Skills:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.</li><li>Deep understanding of Blockchain fundamentals, Web3.js, ethers.js, and Solidity.</li><li>Experience with Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), or other EVM-compatible chains.</li><li>Knowledge of smart contract deployment, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155), and wallet integrations.</li><li>Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployments (AWS/DigitalOcean).</li><li>Strong database management experience (MongoDB, MySQL).</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.</li><li>Strong communication and team collaboration skills.</li><li>Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 4+ years of professional development experience, including at least 1&ndash;2 years in a leadership or senior developer role.</li><li>Proven experience delivering blockchain-based web platforms or crypto-related projects (DeFi, NFT, Exchange, Wallet, etc.).</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Monthly Corporate Dinner</li><li>Weekly refreshment</li><li>Company sponsored International Trip</li><li>Company sponsored two National trip in a year</li><li>Laptop Policy</li><li>Automobile Policy</li><li>Fuel Allowance</li><li>Monthly Progress reward / Bonus</li><li>Birthday celebrations &amp; gifts</li><li>Interest Free Loan Policy</li><li>Bi-Annual increments</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Annual paid leaves</li><li>Daily tea/coffee</li><li>Punctuality Reward Cash prize</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
