Job Summary:The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing the organization&rsquo;s procurement strategy, supplier relationships, and purchasing activities related to real estate development projects. The role ensures cost-effective procurement of materials, services, and contracts while maintaining quality standards and project timelines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage sourcing, tendering, and supplier selection for construction and real estate projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors and contractors.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with project management, engineering, and finance teams to support project needs.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage procurement budgets and track cost savings.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, preferably in real estate or construction sector.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience managing procurement for large-scale development projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent analytical and communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Saudi nationality is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ﷼90,030.53 - ﷼108,423.87 per yearWork Location: In person
