As a Backhauler, you will work in a team of 3-5 team members to unload trailers of food products and break down product to meet warehouse specifications.

Description
<ul><li>Receive product, record code dates and breakdown pallets of product according to receiving procedures</li>
<li>Compile un-palletized products onto pallets</li>
<li>Maneuver pallets of product from the dock to correct aisles</li>
<li>Operate an electric pallet jack/clamp machine/sit-down forklift to move pallets of product off inbound trucks</li>
<li>Work must be performed at minimum levels of productivity to prevent back-log of product/trucks</li>
<li>Travel Required:No</li>

<li>Warehouse : Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)</li>

</ul>Skills
<ul><li>Specialized Knowledge : Physical Requirements: You will be constantly standing, walking, riding, carrying, twisting, bending, balancing, seeing, hearing, and handling paperwork. You will be lifting objects weighing from less than 20 lbs. to 80 lbs. And occasionally you will be pushing, sitting, touching, reaching, climbing, pulling, and gripping!</li>
<li>Special Skills : Ability to operate pallet jack and other required materials handling equipment (MHE). Communication skills, team player, attention to detail, organizational and problem solving skills. Compliance with all company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Physical abilities: : Must be able to safely and efficiently lift up to 60 lbs. Stand/ walk for up 12 hrs</li>

As a Warehouse Unloader, you&rsquo;ll be part of a productive team, tasked with unloading and receiving inbound trailers. This is a fast-paced role, perfect for energetic individuals who are highly organized and like to stay active.
Job Description
<ul><li>Starting rate $19/hr with an earning potential of $20+/hr after training!</li>
<li>Full Time, 1st shift available</li>
<li>Schedule: 4/10s with at least one weekend day, 6pm start time until end of shift. overtime as required</li>
<li>Location: 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406</li>
</ul>You will contribute by:
<ul><li>Receiving product, recording code dates &amp; breaking down pallets of product according to appropriate receiving procedures</li>
<li>Utilizing forklifts, electric pallet jacks and/or clamp machines to move merchandise</li>
<li>Maneuvering pallets of product from the dock to correct aisles</li>
<li>Moving at a fast pace to prevent backlog of trucks and/or product</li>
<li>Performing equipment inspections &amp; completing appropriate forms</li>
<li>Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels</li>
</ul>What&rsquo;s a great way to stay in shape?
<ul><li>Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift</li>
<li>Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.</li>
<li>Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more</li>
<li>Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead</li>
<li>Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height</li>
<li>Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools</li>
