Role of Exhibition Stall Designer, 3D Max Designer in our company:<ul><li>Help sales team to crack the deal with the help of his prototype design development</li><li>Support production / execution team with giving material specs and inputs</li><li>Develop internal design talent within the company by training and mentoring the juniors</li><li>Establish and retain company's design aesthetics</li></ul>Responsibilities of 3D Designer ** Pre-Sale:<ul><li>Participate in Sales Pitch discussion, understand client&rsquo;s expectations &amp; budget</li><li>Be part of ideation team and participate in brainstorming session with regards to new project brief</li><li>Make 3D walk-Through / Prototype of the Event Set-up and or Exhibition Stall</li><li>Attend client meeting if needed to explain the design element to client, take feedback etc.</li><li>Incorporate client&rsquo;s input and suggestions with positive spirit and submit revised design.</li></ul>Post-Sale:<ul><li>Understand recce diagram, photos, videos from production team (if applicable).</li><li>Visit the venue if needed to understand the space dynamics if needed</li><li>Design customized Exhibition Stalls as per client&rsquo;s theme</li><li>Design customized Event Set-up (stage, background, seating, lighting etc)</li><li>Give material specification of the fabrication elements to production team</li><li>Conceptualize and develop artwork for exhibition stalls</li><li>Design all Event Marketing collateral viz banner, broacher, tent card, merchandise etc.</li><li>Provide design solutions based on brand guidelines, cost and feasibility.</li><li>Keep an eye on prevailing design trends in the industry and come up with super creative designs.</li></ul>Desired Profile:<ul><li>Only Mumbai based (preferably Western Line) candidates are required.</li><li>Proficient in 3D Max, Photoshop, After Effects, illustrator, Corel Draw, Maya &amp; AutoCad are Plus.</li><li>Minimum 3 Years of hands-on experience as 3D Designer/Visualizer with Event / Exhibition management / Event Fabricator company.</li><li>Ability to work under deadline&rsquo;s pressure and cope up with last minute requirements</li></ul>*Office Timing: 10 am to 7 pm - Monday to Saturday, Goregaon West - Whatsapp your resume and portfolio on +91 8369401406Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
