Job Description:Carbon Fiber Music is a music and entertainment company focused on the Latin Music Industry. We offer a wide range of artist and label services, including talent management, artist development, marketing, and music publishing.We&rsquo;re seeking a Marketing Assistant Intern to support our marketing and creative team in promoting Carbon Fiber Music artists, releases, and brand initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, content development, and analytics within the fast-paced world of music.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for artist releases, events, and label projects.</li><li>Help manage social media calendars, create engaging content, and monitor platform performance.</li><li>Conduct market research on music trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity.</li><li>Support with email marketing, website updates, and digital promotions.</li><li>Collaborate with artists, designers, and media partners to ensure brand consistency.</li><li>Track marketing analytics and prepare performance reports for active campaigns.</li><li>Assist in brainstorming creative strategies for audience growth and fan engagement.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).</li><li>Interest in the music industry and understanding of current marketing trends.</li><li>Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.</li><li>Basic graphic design, video editing, or content creation skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).</li></ul>Additional Information:The Marketing Assistant Intern position at Carbon Fiber Music offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in professional music marketing, brand development, and digital promotion within a fast-paced creative environment.All applicants must be available to begin as soon as possible.Please do not visit our office to drop off resumes.
