The Operations Support Manager is responsible for providing hands-on facility support, overseeing light maintenance activities, managing vendors, and handling financial obligations. This role contributes to the overall success of on-site ESFM operations by demonstrating professionalism and effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
Maintenance and Supervision 
<ul><li>
Perform and oversee light maintenance duties across the facility.</li><li>
Supervise and coordinate maintenance services, repairs, and janitorial operations.</li><li>
Manage subcontractor procurement and ensure timely, safe completion of repairs.</li><li>
Develop, maintain, and track the annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule.</li><li>
Prioritize and oversee all facility-related work as needed.</li></ul> 
Budget and Logistics 
<ul><li>
Manage operational budgets and monitor expenditures.</li><li>
Implement corrective actions when variances occur.</li><li>
Maintain an out-of-scope work log and manage approval processes for additional expenditures.</li></ul> 
Team Management and Development 
<ul><li>
Supervise assigned staff, including hiring, payroll administration, work assignments, scheduling, and performance evaluations.</li><li>
Provide technical guidance and assist with troubleshooting utilities-related issues.</li><li>
Lead team meetings and maintain clear communication with the ESFM team and Client.</li><li>
Manage employee overtime and leave in compliance with company policies.</li></ul> 
Safety and Compliance 
<ul><li>
Conduct monthly safety audits and ensure corrective actions are completed.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, training requirements, and company standards.</li></ul> 
Reporting and Communication 
<ul><li>
Compile information for weekly and quarterly Client presentations.</li><li>
Manage the CMMS portal by assigning, tracking, and closing work orders.</li><li>
Approve site invoices and submit monthly expense reports.</li><li>
Keep Client teams informed of all safety matters, repairs, and work progress.</li></ul> 
Meetings and Audits 
<ul><li>
Develop and maintain daily activity logs and conduct regular meetings to review work status.</li><li>
Manage Client audits, ensure documentation is prepared, and communicate requirements to cleaning staff.</li><li>
Attend all required Client and site meetings on time.</li></ul> 
Policies and Regulations 
<ul><li>
Adhere to all ESFM policies and procedures.</li><li>
Avoid personal gain from client interactions and comply with management directives.</li><li>
Ensure ESFM rules and regulations are consistently followed on site.</li></ul> 
Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>
Duties are not limited to those listed and may change based on Client needs or business requirements.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Minimum of 5 years of related experience as a hands-on facility or light maintenance coordinator in an office or similar environment.</li><li>
Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC certification preferred.</li></ul></div></div></div>

Key Responsibilities:

Provides continued high standard of service and communication to maintain client base</li><li>
Surveys existing accounts for new opportunities</li><li>
Manipulates data as needed for internal business reviews/meetings</li><li>
Performs an ongoing analysis of the portfolio of business managed by analyzing the vendor, client and sector financial performance</li><li>
Manages internal resources to problem solve for issues that have happened in the field</li><li>
Serves as liaison between client and sector to ensure all relevant information is communicated</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul> 
Qualifications: 
<ul><li>
3-5 years of relevent experience or experience in hospility, restaurant, or retail is a plus</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze and present complex business reviews to Clients</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making</li><li>
Strong problem solving skills</li><li>
Strong computer software skills required, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel</li></ul></div></div></div>
