 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Arrange and oversee the transportation of goods, both inbound and outbound, via various modes including land, sea, and air.
 </li>
 <li>
 Select and negotiate with carriers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to secure competitive rates and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates to relevant parties and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with warehouses and distribution centers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>

 Documentation &amp; Compliance:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare, review, and manage all necessary logistics documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, and certificates of origin.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all shipping and customs documentation is accurate and compliant with national and international trade regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed about changes in customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements in Egypt and other relevant countries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary point of contact for customs brokers and authorities, facilitating smooth customs clearance processes.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Inventory &amp; Warehouse Management Support:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock is available for order fulfillment without overstocking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure efficient storage and handling of goods within the warehouse
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Operational Optimization:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze logistics processes and data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and service quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Operation , Commercial and Purchasing teams to align logistics activities with overall business goals.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Supplier &amp; Customer Communication:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to inquiries and resolve logistics-related problems in a timely and professional manner.

 </ol>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Education:
 
 Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
 
 &nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 4-7 &nbsp;years of experience in logistics(
 
 
 FREE-ZONE &nbsp;GAFI EXPERTISE
 
 
 ),
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience with international shipping (import/export) and customs procedures in Egypt is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Arabic &amp; English with High Communicational skills&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 </li>
