<div><p>Assists the Controller with overseeing all employees involved in the accounting process, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, and compliance.</p></div><br>

<div><div><b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</b></div>
</div><br>
<div><div><ul><li>Four-year business/accounting degree with advanced degree or CPA preferred</li>
</ul>

<div><div><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
</div><br>
<div><div><ul><li>Assist in the development, implementation and/or maintenance of corporate accounting systems related to collection and analysis of costs and/or budgets.</li>
<li>Prepare or assists in the preparation of general accounting and financial documents for divisions, subsidiaries, or company.</li>
<li>Prepare various cost/statistical reports (i.e., fringe benefit cost analysis, administrative overhead expense reports, corporate budgets, etc.) for corporate management as required.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with State and local sales and use tax requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly/quarterly sales and use tax returns and reconciliations.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly/quarterly payroll tax returns.</li>
<li>Perform and participate in internal, external audits.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws including Sarbanes Oxley.</li>
<li>Ability to travel.</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li>

<div><div><b>KEY SKILLS &amp; COMPETENCIES</b></div>
</div><br>
<div><div><ul><li>Extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of corporate accounting and financial management required.</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of all relevant Federal, State, and local requirements regarding financial records and benefit compliance.</li>
<li>Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Requires a positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills are essential.</li>
<li>Must maintain confidentiality and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.</li>
