Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to SCI security within EW programs and facilities.</li><li>
Manage the receipt, control, and accountability of classified information supporting EW missions.</li><li>
Oversee and enforce compliance with DoD, Navy, and IC security policies (e.g., ICDs, DoDM 5105.21, and related directives).</li><li>
Conduct security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations, and training for personnel with access to SCI materials.</li><li>
Coordinate and liaise with program leadership, EW operators, intelligence personnel, and higher headquarters on all matters involving security.</li><li>
Monitor and ensure the physical security of SCIFs, secure IT systems, and EW-related classified workspaces.</li><li>
Investigate and report security violations, incidents, or potential compromises of EW-related classified information.</li><li>
Maintain personnel clearance and access records in coordination with security offices and government databases (JPAS/DISS, Scattered Castles).</li><li>
Advise leadership on risk management, threat awareness, and the integration of security into EW operations.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Requirements:<ul><li>
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. With four (4) years of general information technology experience and at least two (2) years of specialized experience, a degree is not required.</li><li>
Experience serving as a Special Security Officer (SSO) or working in a SCI security management role.</li><li>
Familiarity with DoD and Intelligence Community security regulations, processes, and systems.</li><li>
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple security requirements simultaneously.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with leadership, operators, and intelligence/security teams.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Electronic Warfare, Signals Intelligence, or Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations.</li><li>
Completion of SSO training courses or security management certification.</li><li>
Active TS/SCI Clearance</li></ul>
Working Environment: 
This position is 100% in-person in Norfolk, VA; remote or hybrid work is unavailable.
