 We are looking for a motivated
 
 junior HR professional with 1&ndash;2 years of experience
 
 to join our Human Resources team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create, update, and maintain employee personnel files.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage signature processes, official correspondence, and overall document flow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure an organized departmental filing and archiving system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in SAP SuccessFactors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and record leave and overtime data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide data for routine HR reports (e.g., headcount, leave utilization).
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather and submit required data and documents for timely payroll processing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including social security registrations, terminations, and tracking of mandatory declarations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure employee requests are addressed and communicated to relevant teams promptly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate candidate invitations, interview scheduling, and system records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide logistical and administrative support across all HR processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the organization of employee engagement activities and internal events to promote motivation and team spirit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support training operations, including reporting and evaluation tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to routine information requests.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 1&ndash;2 years of experience in Human Resources
 
 (including internships, part-time, or project-based roles).
 </li>
 <li>
 Written and spoken fluency in English is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively across functions and organizational levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respecting and enjoying the diversity of cultural, social and academic backgrounds found in the firm
 </li>
