 In the dynamic realm of esports marketing
 
 ,
 
 
 you, as the Marketing Manager, will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and conversion across multiple platforms - with a strong focus on event/festival marketing of the EWC/ENC festivals.
 
 
 
 You'll manage global campaigns that reach millions of fans worldwide and craft narratives that connect gaming communities. Daily responsibilities include collaboratin

 cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to plan, activate, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
 
 
 This role requires a creative, analytical, and collaborative professional who can drive brand growth, manage complex campaigns, and ensure consistent alignment between multiple stakeholders.
 
 
 
 Role responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute global marketing campaigns across multiple channels that drive business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage day-to-day campaign initiatives and timelines, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive the local marketing campaigns for our large event productions in KSA. From concept, plan, execution to measurement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive popularity, attendance, ticket sales and viewership of the EWC/ENC events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure alignment and communication between internal teams and external partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage communication strategies that enhance the fan journey &mdash; from ticket purchase to viewership / event experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate storytelling and brand positioning into campaigns and activations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work cross-functionally with global teams across disciplines such as product, production, and design to deliver cohesive campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and maintain marketing materials and content assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, reach, and impact, using data-driven insights to optimize future performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to be on site once every 2 months, and for the 8 weeks during July and August
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Who you are:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proven record in planning and executing integrated campaigns across media channels.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with audiences in a digital space (esports/gaming, entertainment or sports).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working collaboratively with creative, content, and product teams, as well as external partners and agencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of gaming audiences, community trends, and esports culture is a plus.
