 onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Onboarding &amp; Offboarding:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the full employee lifecycle from offer letter to exit formalities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee documentation, contracts, visa processes, and HR compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver induction programs and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Employee Engagement:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement engagement initiatives aligned with company culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a trusted HR contact for staff, supporting wellbeing and motivation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize employee events, training programs, and recognition activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 HR Operations:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain HR systems, employee records, and ensure data accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with payroll coordination and KPI reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft HR reports and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Event &amp; Travel Support:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide HR support during events, including temporary workforce onboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate travel, accommodation, and on-site HR logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be available to travel internationally as required.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Candidate Profile
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of HR operations experience, preferably in
 
 events, exhibitions, or hospitality
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible to travel frequently and work in a project-driven environment.
 </li>
