Job Description:<ul><li>Quality Planning &amp; Implementation</li><li>Develop and/or implement the project-specific Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs).</li><li>Ensure all project activities conform to applicable international standards (ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, etc.) and client specifications.</li><li>Verify TPI inspection reports, incoming material inspection report and ensure traceability, mill certificates, and conformance to specifications/ data sheets/ Purchase order.</li><li>Inspection &amp; Testing</li><li>Perform and supervise inspections of piping, welding, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works as applicable.</li><li>Coordinate with NDT, PMI, hardness, hydrotest, and other test activities as per ITP.</li><li>Review and approve test reports, calibration certificates, and inspection records.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Fabrication Quality Control</li><li>Monitor and audit vendor fabrication, assembly, and testing activities.</li><li>Verify compliance with approved drawings, procedures, and welding qualifications (WPS, PQR, WPQ).</li><li>Liaise with third-party Inspection agencies and client representatives and ensure compliance with specification, data sheets, purchase order requirement. Ensure all the client comments or TPI observations are closed out.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting</li><li>Maintain inspection records, test reports, and material traceability documents.</li><li>Ensure all QC documentation is compiled into final dossiers (MDR / QA dossier) for client handover.</li><li>Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action requests (CARs), and preventive action reports (PARs).</li><li>Coordination &amp; Communication</li><li>Interface with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams for quality-related matters.</li><li>Support root cause analysis for quality issues and ensure proper implementation of corrective measures.</li><li>Participate in QA/QC meetings, audits, and technical reviews with the client and subcontractors.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety</li><li>Ensure all inspections and testing comply with HSE requirements.</li></ul>EligibilityQualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Education:</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation or equivalent.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;10 years of experience in QA/QC within Oil &amp; Gas, EPC, or Petrochemical projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.</li><li>Hands-on experience in piping, pressure vessels, tanks, structural fabrication, or rotating/static equipment inspection.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent knowledge of QA/QC systems, documentation, and control processes.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>Effective communication and reporting skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Team-oriented, with ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, quality management software, and documentation tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have at minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within Oil &amp; Gas, EPC, or Petrochemical projects?</li><li>Do you have experience in piping, pressure vessels, tanks, structural fabrication, or rotating/static equipment inspection?</li><li>Do you have strong knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards?</li></ul>
