Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and organized intern to assist in Human Resource, office management, and basic finance-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, and have good communication and coordination skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in day-to-day HR operations and employee record management.</li><li>Help with recruitment processes including shortlisting and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data.</li><li>Support in preparing salary sheets, expense tracking, and other finance-related documentation.</li><li>Handle office documentation, filing, and internal correspondence.</li><li>Assist management in daily office coordination and administrative support tasks.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth workflow within the office.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA).</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of HR and finance functions.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, office, and finance operations.</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment.</li><li>Internship completion certificate and potential for permanent position based on performance.</li></ul>Job Types: Internship, FresherWork Location: In person
