Job Description:Fiana Technologies is looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and high-performing websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and also contribute to lead generation and sales-driven web solutions that support business growth.Roles &amp; Responsibilities:Web Development:<ul><li>Design, develop, test, and maintain websites and web applications</li><li>Write clean, well-structured, scalable, and reusable code</li><li>Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces for all devices</li><li>Work on both front-end and back-end development</li><li>Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and plugins</li><li>Optimise website performance, speed, and scalability</li><li>Implement security best practices and ensure data protection</li><li>Debug issues and perform regular updates and maintenance</li><li>Collaborate with designers, content, marketing, and sales teams</li><li>Follow industry standards and best coding practices</li></ul>Sales Generation &amp; Lead Conversion:<ul><li>Develop conversion-optimised websites and landing pages for lead generation</li><li>Build and integrate contact forms, inquiry forms, chatbots, and CRM tools</li><li>Create and optimise Call-to-Action (CTA) elements, sales pages, and funnels</li><li>Work closely with marketing and sales teams to implement conversion strategies</li><li>Integrate tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.</li><li>Improve UI/UX to increase inquiries, sign-ups, and sales</li><li>Develop SEO-friendly and paid-ad landing pages</li><li>Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase conversions</li></ul>Technical Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript</li><li>Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)</li><li>Backend experience with PHP / Node.js / Laravel / Django</li><li>Experience with WordPress (custom themes and plugins preferred)</li><li>Knowledge of databases such as MySQL</li><li>Understanding of REST APIs</li><li>Familiarity with Git and version control systems</li><li>Knowledge of SEO-friendly and performance-optimized development</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Plus Points):<ul><li>Experience with lead generation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.)</li><li>Payment gateway integration (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.)</li><li>Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) knowledge</li><li>Basic understanding of UI/UX principles</li><li>Website security best practices</li><li>Cloud hosting and deployment experience</li><li>Experience with e-commerce platforms</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)</li><li>Relevant certifications are a plus</li></ul>Salary:<ul><li>As per experience and skill set</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to apply with their updated resume, portfolio, and live project links.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
