<div>Legal E-Billing Specialist<br>

Key Responsibilities:
<br>
<ul><li>Coordinate e-billing submissions from TABS3 software to multiple e-billing portals
</li><li>Resolve rejections
</li><li>Review billing guidelines
</li><li>Follow up on Accounts Receivables</li><li>Assist with e-billing appeals
</li><li>Communicate with clients and firm personnel as needed.
</li><li>Monitor the billing email group and respond to inquiries from both internal and external
</li></ul>requestors.
<br>
<ul><li>Gather and provide support documentation for internal and financial reviews.
</li><li>Resolve billing-related issues from internal and external clients.
</li><li>Crosstrain for backup for deposit entry, new client matter setup and running conflict checks.
</li><li>Perform other tasks as required to support billing and the accounting department.
</li></ul><br>
Qualifications:
<br>
<ul><li>A minimum of 2-5 years of e-billing experience with ledes files in a law firm is required.
</li><li>Insurance defense e-billing experience is a plus.
</li><li>Familiarity with TABS3 software is a plus.
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills highly preferred.
</li><li>Impeccable accuracy and high attention to detail are essential.
</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively, courteously, and professionally with attorneys, staff, and clients while maintaining confidentiality.
</li><li>Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and execute effectively in a deadline-driven industry.
</li><li>Superior internal and external customer service skills.
