Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos, and other scrum-related activities across the Customer Entitlement Management teams</li>
<li>Track and communicate scrum metrics including team velocity and sprint/release progress</li>
<li>Creation/coordination of Release and Change Management activities</li>
<li>Ensure Agile/scrum concepts and principles are adhered to and make tough calls</li>
<li>Help the product owner establish and enforce sprint priorities and release delivery deadlines</li>
<li>Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information</li>
<li>Coordinate activities between the Customer Entitlement Management and other interdependent teams</li>
<li>Anticipate and facilitate the impacts of new/changes to business systems</li>
<li>Support team building and development by utilizing the abilities and skills of individuals, which can include:</li>
<li><ul><li>Empowering and supporting self-organization</li>
<li>Facilitating discussion and conflict resolution</li>
<li>Fostering a feedback culture</li>
<li>Ensuring that proper tracking, monitoring, alerts, and response occurs in support of our productions</li>

</ul>Requirements
<ul>
<li>5+ years of Scrum Master or Project Manager experience</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and the processes and procedures associated with it</li>
<li>Be an Agile enthusiast and an experienced scrum master</li>
<li>Knowledge of iterative and incremental development and the value of metrics</li>
<li>Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team</li>
<li>Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition</li>
<li>Technically strong to enable engagement in development meetings and discussions</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field</li>
</ul>
Recommended Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Strong ability to influence and drive teams to success using Agile/scrum/Lean practices</li>
<li>Experience managing portfolios, project plans, teams, and reporting</li>
<li>Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic, geographically distributed, and timeline sensitive work environment and in matrix structures</li>

Responsibilities

Requirements

<li>Strong interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment</li>
<li>Experience with marketing technology and common marketing concepts</li>
<li>Strong project management and problem-solving skills with previous experience leading programs or highly visible projects</li>
<li>Ability to exercise good judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action</li>
<li>Self-starter, detail-oriented and task-oriented</li>
<li>Able to successfully manage multiple priorities with guidance from leadership</li>
<li>Ability to travel 10-20% of the time for strategic meetings, events and/or tradeshows</li>

As a Business Analyst in our Enterprise Business Intelligence team, you will engage with leadership throughout the organization to understand business challenges and information needs, assess data availability and quality, design data visuals, and implement endorsed information products.

Responsibilities

<li>Elicit requirements using a variety of techniques including interviews, workshops, surveys, and analysis of existing processes, documentation, and information products</li>
<li>Produce project artifacts including requirements documentation, use cases, business process modeling through workflows, data models, permissions models, RACI matrices, and data visuals</li>
<li>Use creativity and analytical skills to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts and distilling high-level information into detailed requirements</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members and colleagues to analyze information, define and prioritize requirements, evaluate potential solutions, provide recommendations to stakeholders, and deliver meaningful information products</li>
<li>Work closely with the enterprise data management team to ensure data requirements can be met within acceptable response times and reliability</li>
<li>Produce dashboards and reports using Power BI and regularly review for new features and functionality</li>

Requirements
