Sales &amp; Operation Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and guide the sales team, including target setting and performance tracking.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.</li><li>Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.</li><li>Oversee day-to-day operations including order processing, inventory, and dispatches.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply teams to ensure timely deliveries.</li><li>Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations teams for accurate product availability and forecasting.</li><li>Identify operational gaps and optimize processes to reduce costs and improve performance.</li><li>Conduct regular meetings with sales, operations, and support teams to track progress and resolve issues.</li><li>Train team members on products, processes, CRM tools, and customer handling.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely resolutions and service excellence.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely stock availability and quality compliance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
