<ul><li>Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Learning &amp; Development.</li><li>Reporting to the Management.</li><li>Will head the entire HR department.</li><li>Main responsibility is to lead the Learning &amp; Development function independently.</li><li>Need Learning &amp; Development Specialist.</li><li>Should have imparted training across all levels with the organisation.</li><li>Should have trained at least mid and senior level Managers to impart technical and function training to their team members / departments members.</li><li>Should have implemented cross-functional training</li><li>Conducted training sessions on basic skills to behavioral training at all levels and can deliver on functional and technical topics with the help of the out-side trainers or internally with the respective Department Heads.</li><li>Identify Training needs + Designing Training Calendar + Training Budget + promote culture of capability up-scaling which leads to succession planning.</li><li>Should have handled other HR Business Partner / HR generalist role so that can lead, supervise and guide the other HR functions being the Head of the HR department.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;80,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
