<ul><li>Coordinate and manage international and domestic shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.</li><li>Prepare and process import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).</li><li>Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address delays or issues in transit.</li><li>Ensure all import/export transactions comply with company policies and government regulations (e.g. Incoterms, HS codes, export controls).</li><li>Maintain records of all transactions and documentation for audits and internal controls.</li><li>Calculate and manage duties, tariffs, and freight costs to optimize supply chain expenses.</li><li>Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.</li><li>Support logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.</li><li>Handle claims for damaged or lost goods in transit with carriers and insurance providers.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
