Title: Account Manager (Title Agency Services) 
 
Location: Remote, TX (Houston area) 
 
The Account Manager will represent Essent to title agents within their respective region. This role is responsible for the advancement of the agent relationships to maximize Essent&rsquo;s position within the assigned account base and development of new market opportunities. 
 
As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:<ul><li>
Represent Essent to assigned accounts to deliver value added underwriting solutions while taking ownership of the success and profitability of each account.</li><li>
Develop thorough understanding of assigned accounts, their respective business models, and how they operate.
</li><li>Build strong client relationships to support current business needs and acquire new customers, while maintaining focus on profitability and mutually beneficial arrangements to create a sustainable alignment of interest.</li><li>
Identify market opportunities and penetration strategies for new products/programs to meet needs of clients and differentiate Essent in the market.
</li><li>Evaluate competitive market trends and new regulations related to products, rates, guidelines, and/or ancillary services.
</li><li>Develop tactics to leverage current market trends and optimize sales potential.</li><li>
Explore cost effective origination strategies capitalizing on Essent&rsquo;s strengths while delivering superior customer service.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customers&rsquo; requests.</li><li>
Train agents on how to access Essent Title bulletins, guidelines, and educational materials.</li><li>
Facilitate and educate clients on new programs, rates, products, and initiatives.</li><li>
Meet timelines for each client initiative, request, and project, including implementation, client and internal roll-out, collateral and presentation materials.</li><li>
Represent Essent at client meetings, attend regional, state conferences, trade shows and events to promote Essent&rsquo;s product offerings and broaden the business exposure within the title insurance industry.
</li><li>Present Essent within the entire title industry as thought leaders, disciplined risk managers and a strong focus on servicing our customers.</li></ul> 
Minimum Education &amp; Experience Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
3+ years of relevant business development experience within financial services or title insurance industry.</li><li>
Ability to travel approximately 30%.
</li><li>Strong understanding of the economics of title underwriting.</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives and stakeholders.</li><li>

As the Title Insurance Escrow Audit Manager, you will conduct onsite reviews, transaction file reviews, and monitoring procedures. This position plays a key role in risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and management. Title: Marketing Communications Manager/Copywriter 
Location: Radnor, PA (on-site) 
This is an advanced level individual contributor position which works under moderate supervision and is responsible for communications and projects for the marketing department. This includes a broad spectrum of communications including developing internal communications plans and messaging, working on strategic initiatives and office-wide communications, and working interdepartmentally to collaborate on both digital and print content strategies. This role will also focus on marketing operations including departmental processes and workflow, increasing organizational efficiency, agility and value. 
As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:<ul><li>
Responsible for the creation and timely execution of marketing communications and content through a variety of channels including print and digital (web, email, social, etc.) media. Copywriting, editing, contributing to overall campaign messaging and copy direction.
</li><li>Develop marketing and communications strategies for enterprise-level communication initiatives and manage the successful execution of project deliverables.
</li><li>Partner with BD, Operations, Risk, Compliance and other company SMEs to create content/messaging that is relevant and engaging for the intended audience.

Minimum Education &amp; Experience Requirements:<ul><li>
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, PR or related field preferred.</li><li>
Seven (7) + years or more experience developing and executing communication plans in a corporate environment.</li><li>
Experience in Financial Services industry, a plus.</li><li>
Must possess excellent written, communication, and proofing skills, the ability to assess and produce the type of communication needed for a specific audience, and the ability to navigate complex situations. She/he must be highly professional, able to independently handle multiple tasks with a good sense of priority and can work cooperatively with others to seamlessly meet the needs of the role and of management.</li><li>
Extensive experience developing and managing integrated marketing/communications programs, including collaboration on developing strategic marcom plan, executing deliverables, and tracking metrics.
