Title: Closing Specialist, Title Insurance 
 
Location: Remote, anywhere in USA 
 
The Closing Specialist will coordinate all phases of loan closing. This role will prepare loan closing packages, communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, and ensure that all paperwork is complete, accurate, and in compliance with legal regulations. 
 
As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:<ul><li>
Prepare and review closing statement.<ul><li>
Add all fees required to clear title and record documents.
</li><li>Obtain all final payoffs for utility, HOA, and taxes, and other items (Purchase Closings).</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, lenders, and other parties to gather required information.
</li></ul></li><li>Balance closing statement with all parties to the transaction.</li><li>
Coordinate and schedule closing with all parties, to include lender and agents.<ul><li>
Review and organize all necessary closing documents, ensuring accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, lenders, and other parties to gather required information and documents.</li><li>
Ensure that all necessary parties will be present.</li><li>
Deliver closing package to assigned notary/signing agent.</li><li>
Complete pre-closing call with assigned notary/signing agent to provide all details of closing to include any lender specific requirements for closing.</li><li>
Follow for signed closing package and confirmation of closing.
</li></ul></li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the closing process. Communicate effectively to address inquiries and provide updates as applicable and requested.
</li><li>Review signed closing package and deliver to all applicable parties required to review and provide approval for funding and disbursement.
<ul><li>Work closely with the Post Close for any items needed to record documents.</li></ul></li><li>
Responsible for accurate disbursement.</li><li>
Review closing statement to ensure file is balanced.<ul><li>
Identify how all line items will be disbursed. (i.e., Check, wire)</li><li>
Ensure all invoices are received and available for disbursement.</li><li>
Confirm all payees and addresses are accurate.</li><li>
Work closely with funding team.</li></ul></li><li>
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations while maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of changing real estate laws and regulations.</li><li>
Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the closing process.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul> 
Minimum Education &amp; Experience Requirements:<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
4+ years of industry experience.</li><li>
RamQuest Closing operations system knowledge preferred.
</li><li>High-level of ethical conduct and integrity when handling sensitive financial and legal information.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret documents such as underwriting guideline matrix, lender&rsquo;s instructions, trust agreements, and purchase contracts.</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and audiences.</li><li>
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.</li><li>
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
High-level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.</li>
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Title: Account Manager (Title Agency Services) 
 
Location: Remote, TX (Houston area) 
 
The Account Manager will represent Essent to title agents within their respective region. This role is responsible for the advancement of the agent relationships to maximize Essent&rsquo;s position within the assigned account base and development of new market opportunities. 
 
As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:<ul><li>
Represent Essent to assigned accounts to deliver value added underwriting solutions while taking ownership of the success and profitability of each account.</li><li>
Develop thorough understanding of assigned accounts, their respective business models, and how they operate.
</li><li>Build strong client relationships to support current business needs and acquire new customers, while maintaining focus on profitability and mutually beneficial arrangements to create a sustainable alignment of interest.</li><li>
Identify market opportunities and penetration strategies for new products/programs to meet needs of clients and differentiate Essent in the market.
</li><li>Evaluate competitive market trends and new regulations related to products, rates, guidelines, and/or ancillary services.
</li><li>Develop tactics to leverage current market trends and optimize sales potential.</li><li>
Explore cost effective origination strategies capitalizing on Essent&rsquo;s strengths while delivering superior customer service.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customers&rsquo; requests.</li><li>
Train agents on how to access Essent Title bulletins, guidelines, and educational materials.</li><li>
Facilitate and educate clients on new programs, rates, products, and initiatives.</li><li>
Meet timelines for each client initiative, request, and project, including implementation, client and internal roll-out, collateral and presentation materials.</li><li>
Represent Essent at client meetings, attend regional, state conferences, trade shows and events to promote Essent&rsquo;s product offerings and broaden the business exposure within the title insurance industry.
</li><li>Present Essent within the entire title industry as thought leaders, disciplined risk managers and a strong focus on servicing our customers.</li></ul> 
Minimum Education &amp; Experience Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
3+ years of relevant business development experience within financial services or title insurance industry.</li><li>
Ability to travel approximately 30%.
</li><li>Strong understanding of the economics of title underwriting.</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives and stakeholders.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets.</li><li>
High-level customer service and relationship management skills with the ability to handle complex and sensitive situations.</li><li>
Ability to work independently, as well as a part of a team, and manage multiple projects and priorities.</li><li>
Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
